DescriptionHourly Pay Rate: $29-$31Serves as a primary point of contact for program needs in need of behavioral health consultation Completes behavioral assessments, related Behavior Support Plans, and other behavioral interventions as needed. Provides training, modeling, and coaching to stakeholders in the implementation of behavioral interventions. Monitors & measures outcomes of interventions both new and existing, and revises/implements planning, data collection and training approaches as needed to facilitate positive outcomes.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:+ Collaboration with treatment/support teams and stakeholders to maximize multi-disciplinary & person-centered approaches, and positive outcomes.+ Devises behavioral tracking / outcome measures to illustrate the impact of interventions. Revises MMP/BSP and training approaches as needed to improve outcomes, including annotations and addendums as communicated by program team.+ Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and other assessments as needed to inform Behavior Support Plan and/or services development+ Develops and/or revises Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) or provides alternate clinical recommendations per assessment findings+ Completes semi-annual review of data for existing planning of individuals assigned.+ Completes monthly review of available data for individuals assigned. Communicates any concerns to program team for follow up.+ Training, modeling, and coaching of stakeholders in the implementation of BSPs+ Maintains clinical record and documentation+ Meets quality and productivity standards as assigned+ Active participation in agency committees and initiatives as assigned+ Complies with all agency policies and procedures+ Other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:+ Master's degree in social work, a clinical or treatment field of psychology, applied psychology, or school psychology; OR+ A National Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) and a Master's degree in behavior analysis, or a field closely related to clinical or community psychology; OR+ A New York State license in mental health counseling;+ Valid New York State Drivers License that meets agency policy+ Ability to meet physical requirements of the position when performing the following: standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing.+ Lifting requirement of 35 lbs.+ Ability to move, reposition and place individuals in pieces of equipment.+ Physical agility and ability to react to emergency situations, including maintaining Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP-R) and/or PROMOTE Curriculum certification as per OPWDD regulations+ CPR certificationWhy People Inc.?When you join the People Inc. team, you can make a difference in the lives of people receiving services while also receiving outstanding benefits (generous PTO, PTO buyback, affordable insurances, tuition reimbursement, career mentoring, shift incentives, on-demand pay access and more), consistent schedules and the opportunity to help others move closer to their life goals and dreams.
