We are seeking Behavioral Specialist that will be working directly with preteen and teenage boys and girls in a residential setting.*Summary of Job Responsibilities:** Provide clients with guidance and instruction in the performance of basic living skills. These basic living skills should be more tailored to client needs and guided by the client's individual therapist's knowledge of client needs.* Serve as support system for Group Leaders in terms of behavioral management and service provision.* Provide direct supervision and management of client behavior in a consistent and equitable manner.* Accurately and thoroughly document all client activities per policy; documentation must be legible.* As a member of client Treatment Teams, send daily end of shift reports regarding client daily progress.* Supervise and monitor clients in regard to client safety, following applicable client care policy and Planning Schedule*Requirements:** Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services Field, i.e. Psychology or Social Work.* Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills* Drug Free*Benefits include:** Health/Dental benefit plans* Supplemental benefit plans* 401K* Paid Holidays* Personal Time Off* FREE MEALS!!*Schedule:** 8 hour shift (Monday-Friday)Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.50 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):* We have an age requirement of at least 21 years of age.
