Your day to day as a Behavioral SpecialistAs a Behavioral Specialist in our Aspire Program for girls ages 12-18, you will play a vital role in the development and social adjustment of clients/residents through interactive processes and effective role modeling. You will provide personalized one-on-one support, assist in goal setting, and offer social norm coaching to empower individuals in their journey towards better mental health. By implementing behavioral modification treatment programs and plans, you will contribute to improving the overall well-being of our clients.
Additionally, you will be responsible for client supervision, crisis management, and providing valuable adjunctive services. Your meticulous documentation of client behaviors and proactive approach in addressing behavioral concerns will be crucial in updating progress notes and treatment plans.
