Responsibilities:

+ Provide one-on-one ABA services to children, using proven methods to help them grow and behave positively.

+ Be an important part of our team, helping to carry out skill-building and care plans.

+ Keep track of session data accurately using devices.

+ Create a positive learning space for clients and connect with their families.

+ Work together with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Eager to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.

+ Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in tough situations.

Need to Know:

+ Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations.

+ All positions start part-time.

+ You-ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

+ We-re looking for candidates willing to commit for at least 6 months to help change our clients- lives.
