Bell Attendant. DEPARTMENT: Guest Service. REPORTS TO: Manager or Designated Person. ESSENTIAL PURPOSE:To provide assistance to guests and hotel departments, to transport and deliver luggage, mail, and other items around hotel property, to ensure guest comfort and facilitate hotel operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner, deferring to an appropriate supervisor when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. To follow all specified procedures to provide personal, sincere customer service to hotel guests, including greeting and orienting arriving guests; assisting guests to and from their rooms; picking up and delivering amenities, laundry, mail, parcels, and other requested items; providing ice, giving directions; and assisting to arrange guest transportation.
