Your friendly demeanor and dedication to guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences for every visitor.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and transportation to their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with room features and hotel facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas, including luggage storage areas and transportation vehicles.
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go above and beyond to meet guest needs.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Occasional exposure to mild to moderate smoke in certain areas of the hotel.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- Stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Exposure to various weather conditions when assisting guests outside.
- Moderate physical effort required.
