Supervise the shift associates to service our stores, process orders, maintain a safe work environment while achieving of cost per case and cases per hour for assigned function. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the Line Supervisor team to continue to develop job knowledge, technical and managerial skills. Work in multiple locations to learn all warehouses and fill in for other supervisors when they are on PTO. Assist in the assignment of duties to Lead Man, Selectors, Lift Operators, Freight Handlers, Janitors, and other shift associates. Directly responsible for managing our safety audit programs and holding teammates accountable for their safety results. Responsible for monitoring standards of productivity in assigned areas. Ensure on time loading and load security/accuracy. Enforce Warehouse and corporate policy and administer corrective action as outlined in policy and procedures manual.
