Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administrator to join our Corporate Support team in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will oversee various HR-related tasks and responsibilities. This role requires precision, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and maintaining the integrity of HR data and processes. Key Responsibilities:General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Handle incoming calls, common inbox, and correspondence related to HR matters.
HR Documentation and Communication:
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as memos, announcements, and policy updates.
- Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date, including maintenance of internal operating procedures.
- Ensure internal HR files are clean and organized.
Reconciliation:
- Process monthly drug and background screening invoices
- Reconcile 401K changes, and new benefit enrollments (including dependent verifications).
- Yearly auditing of I-9's, PTO overrides, etc.
Employee Records Management:
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Maintain data changes within HR systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in HR operations or a related HR role.
- Knowledge of HR processes, and regulations.
- Previous experience in system implementations, a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
