The Benefit Client Engagement Coordinator role is made for the experienced human resource benefits professional who is organized, self-motivated, system savvy, troubleshooting machine, and highly communicative! This opportunity is working for a highly respected global financial services company.

Responsibilities
+ Support Benefits Account Managers with their existing client portfolio inquiries
+ Live in group email box and read, research, problem solve, and respond to complex, large client benefit system inquiries
+ Learn multiple systems and how to efficiently fix client issues
+ Set up system access for commercial HR Benefit clients
+ Communicate extensively with Account Managers, Brokers, Agents, Internal Stakeholders, and Clients
+ Maintain the Benefits Account Management system and software
+ Ensure all client inquiries or roadblocks regarding the Benefits Account Management system are prioritized and resolved within the SLA timeline
+ Provide supporting documentation upon clients' requests
+ Document all interactions
+ Support special projects and engage with Account Managers
