Benefits Administrator (on-site)This role will be responsible for the daily administration of health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and leave of absence processing. We are looking for a disciplined, collaborative, detail-oriented team member who is steady and meticulous to join our multi-store enterprise. Candidate must be proficient with MS Office suite (intermediate Excel required), and able to effectively prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines. This job operates in a consolidated office setting for multiple automobile dealerships in multiple states. ADP Workforce Now and/or CDK computer software experience helpful but not necessary. Accounting and Benefits experience necessary.Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm. Flex schedule available, details provided during interview. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide customer service level support to Enterprise-wide employees regarding enrollments, benefits plans, and retirement accounts.
  • Monitor HRIS processes, checking for errors and updating eligibility and coverage as needed.
  • Process medical/dental/vision/supplemental enrollments and terminations.
  • Communicate with service providers concerning routine administration of plans and policies.
  • Complete claims and verifications of coverage as requested.
  • Reconcile and post benefits related entries to the General Ledger.
  • Input data into various systems (i.e. FSA, HSA, HRIS, COBRA, ENav, Retirement).
  • Process FMLA requests within company policy and compliance standards.
  • Prepare reports and census data from the HRIS system.
  • Follow all Company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for this job:
  • Must have professional appearance.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and general math skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers, email functions, and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work.
  • Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment with a heavy volume of transactions as well as be able to meet and handle deadlines.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
  • Must be able to pass background screening and drug test.
