Job Title: Benefits Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented benefits administrator to be responsible for the planning and administration of our employee benefit programs. You will be working closely with our human resources and payroll departmentsto coordinate the daily processing of benefits. You will also be responsible for researching benefit plans, negotiating with vendors, communicating with employees, and resolving any benefit-related issues.

Required Skills/Experience

+ Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

+ 4+ years of experience in Benefits Administration

+ Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel

+ HRIS system experience

+ Paycom experience preferred

Worksite Information

+ This is a hybrid position requiring (4) days on-site in Jacksonville, Florida and (1) day remote. Schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
