This role also supports broader HR operations and ensures compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with employees to address their benefits-related needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and changes.
  • Manage the open enrollment process and communicate benefits updates to employees.
  • Reconcile benefits billing and ensure accurate payroll deductions.
  • Provide guidance on benefits options, leave policies, and time-off programs.
  • Collaborate with third-party administrators and address benefits inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Assist with HR operations, including onboarding, employee activities, and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of benefits administration experience, with healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, Workday), Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; strong customer service orientation.
