Benefits Administrator - Hybrid

Are you a seasoned Benefits Administrator looking to bring your expertise to a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions? We're on the hunt for a Benefits Administrator in Sandy Springs, GA to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in employee services.

Key Responsibilities of the Benefits Administrator Include:

  • Managing open enrollment processes and audits (401k, benefits).
  • Processing invoices, qualifying life events, and medical support orders.
  • Assisting employees with benefits inquiries and claims.
  • Generating reports and handling day-to-day benefits administration tasks.

Requirements of the Benefits Administrator include:

  • 2+ years of benefits administration experience at a large organization (2-3k employees).
  • Multi-state and union benefits experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, formulas, formatting).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or equivalent experience.

Bonus points for:
