Benefits Administrator - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities of the Benefits Administrator Include:
- Managing open enrollment processes and audits (401k, benefits).
- Processing invoices, qualifying life events, and medical support orders.
- Assisting employees with benefits inquiries and claims.
- Generating reports and handling day-to-day benefits administration tasks.
Requirements of the Benefits Administrator include:
- 2+ years of benefits administration experience at a large organization (2-3k employees).
- Multi-state and union benefits experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations.
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, formulas, formatting).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or equivalent experience.
