Optavise specializes in worksite voluntary benefits, providing payroll deducted benefits to schools, municipalities, government agencies, unions as well as privately owned businesses. Our product portfolio includes products such as life, critical illness, dental, vision, accident as well as fee paid services such as advocacy and benefit administration.A benefits adviser would travel within 90 minutes of Pittsburgh to meet with decision makers and employees during their work day. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, start times between 6-8am and finished between 3-5pm.This is a 1099 commission based position with $2,000 of training pay in addition to commissions and bonuses. There are no leads to buy, nor providing contact info of friends and family. We have a comprehensive 4 week training program including field training, live virtual, and independent learning.Optavise will assist in licensing if you are selected.
