Aflac Benefits Advisor works directly with business owners and HR representatives to plan supplemental insurance coverage and other value-add services for employees. As a Benefits Advisor you will generate new business, conduct meetings with employers to customize programs that help meet their benefit needs, and engage and enroll employees in benefit plans. You become your own boss with flexible hours. The position is full time, no evenings and weekends. No experience is necessary and training is provided. A Life, Accident and Health license is required by the state of NY for this position. We currently assist any with the pre-licensing requirements. Compensation and pay are discussed at the interview. We are currently hiring in the Auburn, NY area and surrounding communities.
