  • Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, and FSA plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Serve as a resource for employees by providing support during the enrollment process and addressing benefits-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage plan details, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist with new hire benefits presentations, providing clear and concise information in a group setting.
  • Utilize systems like Workday to manage benefits data and ensure seamless operations (experience preferred).
  • Analyze and reconcile benefits data, leveraging strong Excel skills to generate accurate reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to optimize benefits processes and improve employee satisfaction.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, particularly in healthcare plan management.
  • Experience in a professional services environment; law firm experience is ideal but not required.
  • Proficiency in managing medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA plans, with experience working directly with vendors.
  • Strong public speaking skills to lead new hire benefits presentations effectively.
  • Familiarity with Workday systems is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
