Job Summary:
The Payroll and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll and managing employee benefits. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The idealcandidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with HR and payroll software systems. This is a part time role - the candidate will work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays onsite in our Anderson, SC office.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and HRIS systems.

Strong communication skills for employee interactions.
