Equipment Provided Full-time with Full Benefits Day One Join our Benefits Administration Services team and help our valued customers. We're looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. About this Role You will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing members with regards to their pensions and other financial benefits. Provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles. You may periodically provide support through outbound calls as well. Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances. Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers as needed. Maintain technical and program policy proficiency within the client rules/guidelines and other related program policies. Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements. Benefits in this Role: + $16.00 per hour pay rate after training (bi-weekly pay) + Paid Training ($15.00 p/hr.) with Equipment provided. + Full-time schedule (40 hrs. a week) + Career Growth Opportunities + Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes.
