Our client, a prominent investment management firm, seeks a dynamic Benefits Consultant to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience managing audits and conducting benefits testing to help establish processes. In addition, ensuring that monthly invoices are paid, managing FSA funds, and tracking accruals and auditing for errors are key facets of this position. A self-starter and proactive candidate who has previous experience administering H&W benefits is likely to excel in this role. A proactive, detail-oriented attitude. The hourly rate for this role is $60-$70/hr. Compensation commensurate with experience.
