About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Consultant to join our team in a hybrid/remote role. You will advise clients on employee benefits solutions, including health, dental, retirement plans, and more. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to design and implement comprehensive employee benefits packages.
- Provide expert advice on benefits options, compliance, and market trends.
- Conduct plan analysis, renewal negotiations, and make strategic recommendations.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of benefits programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Benefits Consultant or in employee benefits.
- Strong understanding of health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in managing multiple client accounts and delivering customized solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary can go up to $140,00 depending on experience. Bonus and Commissions available
