An engineering firm in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Benefits Coordinator for a promising opportunity with their growing staff.***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work on-site at least 2 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
The Benefits Coordinator will:
- Prepare letters, support leaves
- Consistently have conversations with employees
- Complete HR portion of Disability Forms and ENS Form
- Put together standard emails and follow-up with Employees (checks)
- Draft communications to send out
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
