Benefits & Leave Administrator | Human Resources | Full Time | Day Location: Concord, New Hampshire Posted on: Posted Yesterday Job Requisition ID: R18513 Responsibilities Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, plan changes, and benefit-related claims; prepare and conduct benefits meetings; communicate benefit information to employees. Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits. Serve as the primary contact with carriers and third-party administrators; respond to benefits inquiries from employees. Research, recommend, design, and implement new programs to ensure the best plans and options for employees. Provide guidance and education to employees regarding their retirement plans. Leave Administration Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking information on leave requests; provide guidance and support throughout the process. Maintain knowledge of federal and state requirements pertaining to ADA, EOOC, FMLA, NHPFML, and military leave. Develop, implement, and maintain leave policies and procedures. Manage administrative aspects of leave claims and work closely with payroll and managers to ensure accurate processing and tracking. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or an unrelated field with commensurate work experience. Certification, Registration, and Licensure SHRM Certification to be obtained within one year of hire into role. Experience At least 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience in benefits administration, leave management, FMLA, ADA, and Workers Compensation.
