Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of benefits, including enrollment, reporting, audits, and vendor relations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors and third-party administrators.
- Lead the administration of the company's 401k plan.
- Design, recommend, and implement innovative benefits programs.
Job Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Benefits Manager.
- Proficiency with ADP and extensive knowledge of benefits reporting and auditing, including ACA and EEO1 compliance.
- Hands-on experience with 401k plans, LOA, and Workers Comp claims.
- Bachelor's degree or SHRM certification preferred.
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity located in Pasadena, with a competitive pay range of $50-$62/hour based on experience.
