About the role:

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Benefits Partner to join our Total Rewards team for a 6 month contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits programs that support our employees' well-being and contribute to Anthropic's position as an employer of choice. You will partner closely with Payroll, Legal, HRBPs and Finance to create a smooth benefits administration experience for all employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administration of our existing benefits offerings, including health plans, financial plans, and wellness initiatives
  • Research, propose, and implement benefit solutions that align with our company culture and employee needs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all jurisdictions where Anthropic operates
  • Manage implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support for benefits in HRIS, including downstream vendor integrations
  • Develop and deliver benefits training and documentation for all employees, e.g. benefits onboarding, open enrollment, new benefits launches, etc.
  • Collaborate with Finance team to manage benefits budgets and analyze cost-effectiveness of programs
  • Support employee benefits tickets and manage relationships with vendors and brokers
You may be a good fit if you:
  • Have 5-7 years of benefits experience, preferably in a high growth environment (required)
  • Have previously implemented and managed international benefits (required)
  • Are experienced in Workday benefits implementation (required)
  • Possess strong working knowledge of benefits market trends and best practices
  • Have strong collaboration and program management skills, with a track record of taking on ambiguously-scoped projects and taking ownership to deliver amazing results
  • Are an exceptional communicator, particularly in writing

Compensation (USD):
  • This role is contract and the expected base pay for this role is $140/hour, 40 hours per week maximum. This role will be employed through our 3rd party talent partner.
Role Specific Location Policy:
  • While we currently expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time, this role is exempt from that policy and can be done remotely from anywhere in the US.
