What will set you apart:
- Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and processes.
- Knowledge of UKG HRIS.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP and/or CEBS certification.
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish
Additional Info:
What you will need:
- Bachelors degree in human resources management or related field.
- Two or more years experience in active administration of employer benefits.
- Familiarity with fully funded and self-funded health plans, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Knowledge of federal and multi-state employee benefits law and regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.
- Solid supervisory skills and a history of successful team building.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation. Must pass background check.
Benefits:
Total Rewards: $75,000 - $90,000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
