Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Bentley Application Support Specialist (OpenPlant) to join the Digital group in Gurgaon, India.Digital solutions have become a key component of the strategic direction and vision of today's modern organizations. Hatch is at the forefront of successfully implementing emerging digital services into our clients' projects and operations that can unlock a step change in their performance.As the successful candidate, you will:Provide technical support for all enterprise systems and software components in a complex mission critical environment.Manage, support, and resolve complex software, vendor, and proprietary technical issues.Monitor applications, application servers, document and analyze problems, and publish maintenance schedules.Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of applications.Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.Identify proactive solutions for recurring technology occurrences to benefit the business.Maintain system documentation.Maintain and provide infrastructure improvements to existing database applications.Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.Maintain SLA, system availability, capacity management, and performance KPI.Collaborate and interact with various stakeholders including the ICT team.Work closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications.Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.Willing to work after hours as part of a global team.Lead and participate in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring.Lead and participate in efforts to implement application updates to include upgrades, patches, and new releases.Undertake integration between various systems using available APIs and web services.Adhere to standards and processes for systems in Hatch.Responsible for the process from Development to Production release.Key experience:Excels at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.Understand software and hardware requirements of varied departmental systems.Understand the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications.Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods.Excellent verbal, written communication, and ability to work well with others.Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels.Experience:Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the Information Technology field.3 years hands-on experience in application administration and operational systems support (day to day operations including installation, upgrade, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, patching).Experience with at least one of the following Design Tool platforms: OpenPlant.Experience on failover, high availability, disaster recovery, business continuance.Experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness.Experience with SQL query development databases.Exposure to any of the following enterprise systems: SAP, OpenText Content Server, Bentley ProjectWise, MS SharePoint.Exposure to Azure DevOps.Knowledge:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.Key design software experience:OpenPlant Modeler.OpenPlant Support Engineering.OpenPlant Isometrics Manager.PlantSight.Don't meet every single requirement?
