Bertera Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient and accurate parts ordering and inventory management.Responsibilities:- Assist customers & Technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers & Dealership Staff. - Utilize specialized software to look up and order parts, as well as manage inventory- Maintain accurate records of parts sales and inventory levels- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders- Keep up-to-date on new products and developments in the automotive parts industryQualifications:- 2+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership or parts department- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively- Proficiency with computers and software systems used for automotive parts management- Valid driver's licenseThis is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 to $22.00, depending on experience.
