DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYProvide prompt, courteous service to patrons of the Casino by serving drinks.Hiring for Full Time or Part Time shifts will include Evenings, weekends, and holidays. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Prepares beverage cart with beverages for guests. • Take orders from patrons for beverages. • Serve beverages to patrons. • Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their beverages and take action to correct any problems. • Collect payments from customers for alcoholic beverages. • Perform cleaning duties, such as wiping down and cleaning beverage machines, and tidying up server station areas. • Monitor and stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, sugar, stir sticks, cream, pop, iced tea, cups, lids and straws. • Provide guests with general information about casino including drink, bar, and food specials. • Complete end of shift duties including stocking of service areas, clean and wash beverage cart, coffee pots and pop pitchers. • Follow Casino and department policies and procedures, including all safety and service procedures; adhere to the Prairie's Edge Chain of Command.• Support the Vision and Mission Statement's of Prairie's Edge Casino Resort. • All other duties as assigned.
