This person ensures that the enterprise data flow architecture is adhered to. Lead and develop a team of BI experts in a matrix organization. Engage directly with the business teams to design and develop impactful, dynamic, and insightful BI visualizations, dashboards, and other analytical tools. Present results from large/complex data sets in a coherent format, tailored for the audience. Serve as a technical resource and SME for BI platforms (Power BI, SQL, SAP HANA BW). Act as a liaison between BI developers and the business stakeholders. Evaluate current strategies and work with the team in developing recommendations and improvements. Escalate resolution gaps with business owners / partners.Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology or related Degree 8+ years of applicable exerience required 5+ years of experience with Power BI Back-end experience: expertise with databases (SQL, SAP HANA BW), Data structures (star schemas etc.) ETL processes SAP experience - expert in one or more functional modules - MM/VM/PP/QM is a plus Strong leadership skills and ability to develop relationships with each department and BU Works well with IT Healthy dissatisfaction for status quo is needed to investigate, assess, and fix issues, then drive continuous improvements with a Kaizen/continuous improvement mindsetWhy Westinghouse?
