Nesco Resource is partnering with a local client here in Williamsport, PA for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative!Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls
• Keep records maintained and up to date
• Providing accurate balancing of client revenues.
• Communicating any issues that arise to the appropriate account leader
• Going through daily web transactions
• Responding to emails promptly
• Follow all security guidelines

Qualifications:

• Atleast 1 year experience in a call center environment
• Good data entry skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Great communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish & English language

Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm No WeekendsPay: $15.00 per hour
