- Tier 4 (RBT / 2+ Years of Experience) - $24/hr+

We believe in creating a positive and supportive environment in which our clients and employees can thrive.POSITION DETAILSAs a Behavior Technician/ Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder, providing ABA therapy, whether it be from a patient's home, school, or in the community.As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and community environments
- Follow an individualized treatment plan tailormade by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address and improve deficits
- Implement behavior plans created by the BCBA
- Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers
Some of the areas you will address with your client may include:
- Language acquisition
- Functional communication training
- Social skills training
- Daily living skills
- Decreasing maladaptive behaviors
- Community safety skills
- Toilet training
- Executive function training
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have current RBT certification
- Must have experience working as a BT or RBT in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to obtain required certifications and training (i.e. First Aid)
- Reliable transportation with a current and clear driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check including FBI and child abuse clearances
