Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities (May include but not limited to):
  • Provide full administration of bids and contracts for key customers
  • Maintain and establish relationships with bid customers and vendors
  • Focal point for sales lead database; maintain and update as required
  • Review daily online bid services for bid opportunities and tracking
  • Interact with all levels of PVS Sales and Executive Groups
  • Ability to push a project through all levels of an organization
  • Participate in special projects
  • Responsible for various report running and disbursement
  • Continual system and process review and improvement
  • To participate in team meetings and projects relating to Bid Administration quality
  • Process Bid Vendor requests
  • Provide administrative support to customer service to manage international shipments
Required Education / Training / Equivalent Experience (Prior to hire / transfer):
  • Associate Degree or relevant experience
  • Administrative, customer service and or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills are a must
  • Being able to multi task
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required
  • The knowledge of municipal procurement processes and contracts is a plus
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to excel in a high pace deadline oriented environment
  • Team Player / Positive Attitude
  • Job longevity (stayed in positions or field over 3 years)
  • Notary (Or be willing to become one.)
  • Hybrid schedule in office varies week to week
