Primary Responsibilities (May include but not limited to):
- Provide full administration of bids and contracts for key customers
- Maintain and establish relationships with bid customers and vendors
- Focal point for sales lead database; maintain and update as required
- Review daily online bid services for bid opportunities and tracking
- Interact with all levels of PVS Sales and Executive Groups
- Ability to push a project through all levels of an organization
- Participate in special projects
- Responsible for various report running and disbursement
- Continual system and process review and improvement
- To participate in team meetings and projects relating to Bid Administration quality
- Process Bid Vendor requests
- Provide administrative support to customer service to manage international shipments
Required Education / Training / Equivalent Experience (Prior to hire / transfer):
- Associate Degree or relevant experience
- Administrative, customer service and or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Being able to multi task
- Attention to detail is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- The knowledge of municipal procurement processes and contracts is a plus
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to excel in a high pace deadline oriented environment
- Team Player / Positive Attitude
- Job longevity (stayed in positions or field over 3 years)
- Notary (Or be willing to become one.)
- Hybrid schedule in office varies week to week
