The Idaho Department of Fish and Game is seeking to fill a current opening for a Big Game Depredation & Recreational Access Program Coordinator within the Wildlife Bureau program at our Headquarters in Boise. (Typically gained by at least nine years of professional work experience in Wildlife Management or a closely related field OR has successfully completed a bachelor's degree in Wildlife or Fisheries Management or a closely related field from an accredited college or university and has at least five years of professional work experience in Wildlife Management or a closely related field OR has successfully completed a master's degree in Wildlife Management or a closely related field from an accredited college or university and has at least three years of professional work experience in Wildlife or a closely related field.) Minimum Qualification Specialty Areas: (These qualifications are required for the current opening.) + Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating wildlife and/or fisheries management programs, with preferred experience leading regional or statewide big game depredation or recreation access programs. (Typically gained by at least three years of professional experience developing, implementing, and evaluating wildlife and/or fisheries management programs, with preferred experience leading regional or statewide big game depredation or recreation access programs.) + Experience with collaborative working relationships involving diverse stakeholders (Typically gained by at least three years of experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement program objectives.) + Experience preparing and monitoring a budget. (Typically gained by at least three years of experience developing, implementing, monitoring, & managing regional or statewide budgets.) The ideal candidate will have experience with project management training and/or experience.
