Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish/English)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Hours: Full-Time, M-F 10:30am-7pm
Type of Hire: Permanent; CTH
Location: Lanham, MD (on-site)
Job Description: - The CSR will answer phone calls in our inbound/outbound call center.
- Resolve caller's inquiries and escalate issues as necessary to the supervisor.
- Collect and Process Payments as Needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail along with personal satisfaction from working diligently through details.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment performing data entry, administrative, or call center functions
- PC skills including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Preferable: - Call center experience
- Ability to type 40 WPM
