Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Addison, TX 75001 Duration: Long term contract Compensation: $19hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US Location: Local in-office work Monday to Thursday; Remote on Fridays Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with some overtime as needed) Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will assist various teams, including the Housing and Registration Team for all events and the Incentives Team, and will serve as a point of contact for customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, detail-oriented, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls in English and Spanish to support registration, housing, and incentive trips for various events Manage call volume, emails, and chat interactions Respond to cases and emails in Service Cloud, ensuring a timely and thorough response Provide support through the Customer Success chat in Teams Research and resolve customer questions by reaching out to other departments as needed. Assist on-site during major events like Seminar Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer needs Collaborate with various teams to facilitate seamless event and customer support.
