WORK FROM HOME JOB!! MUST live in Indiana or a surrounding state, and be able to train in office in Indianapolis for first 2-3 days.

Bilingual French/English Call Center Representatives needed for company on the North West side of Indianapolis. You must be able to train on site in Indianapolis for 2-3 days of training.

Job Summary:

• Speak fluently in French AND English
• Receive inbound and make outbound calls from patients in French and English
• Verify if an item is recalled
• Gather information from caller and enter into web site
• Give confirmation number back to patient
• Training is in the office for 2-3 days

Location: West Indianapolis, IN.

Position Type: Project oriented. Temporary position with the possibility to move to another project.

Pay: $19.00/hr.

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm; Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in French in English
• Good customer service skills
• Call center experience
• Experience with disability claims is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office product
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
• High school diploma
