Farm Agency , located in West Palm Beach, FL, has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service - team member. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person! We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Your primary role will be providing excellent customer service to prospective and current clients as well as client retention. This is a customer service focused position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and focus on client retention.

- Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license (will reimburse cost of obtaining after 6 months of employment).
- Must have or be able to obtain Life and Health insurance license
- Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license
- Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work.
- Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed.
