OverviewThis is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our financial center in Rosenhayn, NJ (Cumberland County). Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).
As a Financial Center Relationship Specialist, incumbents will serve as versatile banking professionals, responsible for delivering a wide range of banking services to both individual customers and small business clients. Incumbents will act as dedicated points of contact for small business clients, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional service to support the client's growth and success. In addition to the Small Business focus, this role will be an active part of the Financial Center Performance, delivering an unparalleled customer experience to all customers, from service to sales, focusing on a seamless one-stop experience for all their financial needs.
The role requires fluency in the Spanish language; must be able to read, write and speak the language.
ResponsibilitiesAdditional Responsibilities
High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: not applicable at this level. (Required)
Associate Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or other related. (Preferred)
Experience3 or more years demonstrated sales experience. (Required)
3 or more years customer service experience. (Required)
2 or more years prior banking experience (preferably to include Small Business). (Preferred)
CertificationsNotary Public. (Potentially)
