This includes working with the sales and recruitment teams to determine places to recruit, working with the hiring client to understand needs, and screening potential candidates to effectively identity qualified candidates for referral to employers, resulting in their hire.RESPONSIBILIITIES -Implement recruiting processes and initiatives -Receive and review resumes of job applicants -Screen applicants for job openings -Attend job fairs, networking events and information sessions for hiring -Develop contacts at colleges and universities -Communicate with team regarding position openings -Make suggestions of improvement to Recruitment and Sales teams -Communicate with leadership regarding all postings and openings -Obtain all resumes and customer information forms for customersQUALIFICATIONS -Bachelors Degree -Proficient in Microsoft computer systems -2 to 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, account management or a related business relationship management capacity -Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills -Bilingual skills (French) requiredTO APPLY Visit the link below for a full detailed job description and to apply:
