Job Description: Pay Range $10.50hr - $14.50hr Responsibilities:
- Input facility requests into a Work Order Management System via phone calls or email; maintain and update records, and reports; and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three years experience working in a help desk or customer service field.
- ble to work remotely from home (high-speed internet, quiet work area, limited distractions).
- This position will require various shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules.
