  • Administering employee benefits including insurance and open enrollment process.
  • Recruiting (Posting Ads; Conducting pre-screens; Scheduling interviews, pre-employment screening, and background checks)
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
  • Performs routine task required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to leaves, resignation,
terminations, discipline matters, exit interviews.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other sensitive issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
Experience/Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience of progressive HR responsibilities in managerial role
  • Experience working in a HR capacity for a manufacturing company
  • Excellent phone etiquette and courtesy, professional communication and customer relationship/service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of management and employees.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • BS degree preferred, MBA desired
