We are seeking candidates for a bilingual HR generalist position. This on-site opportunity will support a diverse team to answer employee questions, benefits administration, and verbally interpret and translate company documents. Interested? What you'll do as a Generalist:
- Support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Enhance engagement and address employees' needs
- Schedule and coordinate post-offer Background Checks and Drug Screens
- Create Job Postings for open positions in the ATS and post a physical copy on HR bulletin boards
- Compile Job Posting information and distribute it to the Hiring Manager/Supervisor
- Complete Form I-9 for new hires and maintains Form I-9 records
- Update and maintain payroll/HRIS system records by processing paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes
- Create and update new employee personnel files and ensure that HIPAA and employee privacy guidelines are closely monitored
- Arrange travel and lodging for applicants
What you need to be a Generalist:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2+ years in administrative or generalist roles
- Must be able to handle confidential information
- Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft platforms
