Responsibilities:
  • Providing individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and families
  • Working with individuals and families in the outpatient office setting, as well as meeting them where they are in the community
  • Crisis intervention and treatment planning
  • Fully licensed therapists may assist with oversight of clinical service provision for the team
  • Successful staff exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families
  • A flexible schedule is important for this role, and allows you to have control over your session planning
  • Ability to work independently and manage time well
  • Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree from an accredited school in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Associate or Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) not required, but must be license eligible.
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to navigate online electronic medical record system (CareLogic)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency employees.
  • Supervision is provided and required.
