We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality education childhood care to children and families in Los Angeles every day through child-care services, research, and advocacy.
We are looking for a bilingual Assistant to support our Fraud Prevention Program with filing, scanning, document storage, and providing support to customers. Fluency in Spanish is required.
Duties:
1. Maintain new case files and keep track of all parent and provider files ordered.
2. Organize and maintain filing system of fraud records and materials and maintain sufficient inventory of office supplies and equipment for individual unit.
3. Maintain a daily log of all documents, ordered, copied and delivered to the various law enforcement agencies and law enforcement officials in Los Angeles County
4. Coordinate and comply with all requests for information from other agencies (local law enforcement, DPSS, Housing Authority, etc.)
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
This is an onsite position at our main office in Culver City. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
This is a contract role through the end of 2024.
