Bilingual (Spanish and English) Quality Health & Safety Specialist/OfficerLocation: Norcross, GASalary: $70,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with experience)Schedule: Hybrid after 90 daysOur Client is seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish and English) Quality Health & Safety Specialist/Officer to join our team in Norcross, GA. With a focus on the beverage industry and manufacturing, we are a leader in providing innovative solutions. This role is crucial in supporting our Safety Department, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our operations.What you get to do:
  • Develop and implement safety policies and practices, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate and support Health and Safety activities for Field Service Engineers, predominantly Spanish-speaking.
  • Secure Security Travel Management for all interventions in the region.
  • Conduct audits, track incidents, and lead corrective action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Drive communications and initiatives related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Security (QHSE&S).
  • Provide regular reporting for status and escalate critical risk observations.
  • Lead safety committee meetings and facilitate safety training programs for OSHA compliance.
  • Inspect workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards.
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Federal OSHA standards in General Industry.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ANSI, and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting and explaining health and safety topics.
  • Availability to travel up to 60% in the USA and 10% internationally.
