LHH is seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join our client's small, quiet office in Carson, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for clients and supporting the administrative needs of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
