Parallel Employment is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our talented team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and connecting with diverse candidates who can contribute to our clients' success. You will communicate with applicants in both languages, conduct interviews, and assist in the hiring process while building strong relationships with hiring managers.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each roleWork in a fast paced industrySource candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networksConduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fitProvide regular updates to hiring managers about candidate status and processesPromote job openings through multiple platforms to attract bilingual talentFacilitate and coordinate recruitment events and job fairsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processComplete check insBuild, manage and maintain client relationshipsRequirements1-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a bilingual or multicultural environmentFluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamProficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment softwareStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBeing self sufficient & self aware#ind456
