The Bilingual Retail Sales Associate at our store will work directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions about products, and provide appropriate solutions. Our associates are also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality, and meeting sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, building trust relationships
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain work order files
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment
- Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries
- Stay knowledgeable on products offered and suggest ways to improve sales
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- One (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
- Previous work experience selling paint and related products
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
