What You'll Be Doing:

- Take Action & Deliver Results: Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to ensure the success of your clients.
- Solve Workforce Challenges: Listen closely to diagnose gaps in client teams, and recommend solutions that drive measurable results.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Leverage your sales skills to ensure that our services deliver maximum value to clients while securing strong placements for talent.
- Recruit and Retain Talent: Use innovative sourcing methods to identify, interview, and place candidates who are the perfect fit for our clients' needs.
- Make an Impact: Help candidates thrive by guiding them to the right job, ensuring long-term career success, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: A bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of professional sales experience (bonus points if you've worked in staffing or recruitment before).
- Communication: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Track Record of Excellence: Whether it's sales, recruitment, or any past experience, you've demonstrated a knack for being the best at what you do.
