Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Senior Property Manager at Concordia Properties in Charlotte, NC. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties, handling tenant relations, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction. Fluency in English and another language is required for effective communication with diverse residents.

• Fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication
• Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
• Experience in Leasing and Fair Housing regulations
• Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in property management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
